Terms & Conditions – DFC Packers and Movers

1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. Our services include packing, moving, transportation, and storage as per your booking request.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking confirmation is required before initiating the move.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (advance or full payment).
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the initial quote.

3. Liability & Insurance

  • We take utmost care in handling goods but are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events like accidents, natural disasters, or theft.
  • Customers can opt for transit insurance for additional coverage.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Restricted Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or live animals.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will be under Rajkot, Gujarat.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Service cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled move.
  • Failure to provide service due to company-related issues.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the service is completed as per the agreement.
  • If cancellations are made after the scheduled pickup.
  • If damages occur due to unforeseen events (insurance claims can be filed separately).

3. Refund Processing
